refusing to play then accusing other player of cheating before any game has even started... it just shows some really can't accept defeat... If you can't loose then just don't play. Just admit that you are weak and scared of losing... some skrimish maps are better for 2v2 than Mainland because you know what the map will be like, so no complaints about unfair map generation when the game starts.

you are reasonable, I agree why obssess over ratings? it gives you any money? just have fun and don't waste time switching accounts

but you can't borg if you are after getting yourself more ratings points, you can make another account, play rated game with yourself, then resign in the other account. do this 20 times and you will be the highest rated ever.
