    Well, really that building is the only thing I can think of as the wonder (unless someone else has a proposal that's more suiting). I'll post some images quickly of this wonder. It's mostly from this site http://www.luern.fr/index.php?mod=homepage&act=index&option=2. You can obviously decide how big it should be in comparison to the other wonders, IMO it should be possibly slightly larger than Stonehenge wonder.

    Do you mean as in overall Gaulish buildings or just the wonder?

    Aye, another way to differentiate the two. I think by adapt he means make the pillars more brown not red and make the walls have less grim colours and more white colours. That horse looked good, is something like that, or even that, ever gonna be put as the official wonder for the Britons?

    Thanks Ah, no problem. I was just pointing it out. http://wildfiregames.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=17495&page=7 On the last page Pureon says the Gallic wonder could either be the one sanctuary or the other (from Corent), IMO the latter looks more like a wonder.

    True enough. Just wanna point out that I've seen many before me ask for similar things to me. Anyway, I'm guessing I'd just ask a moderator to move it? It's agreeable that this topic is more visible to the artists if it's in the art. I understand this isn't official, originally I didn't expect more than for you to just consider it as a suggestion. Anyway, I saw in the forum about British wonders (official task) that one artist said that making this: Obviously I mean the big square building at the bottom. It seems like a good idea.

    How would you move it to the art section? And under what area would it go? IMO you seem good enough, but I don't know what the qualifications are.

    From what I saw he's doing a good job with the Seleucids. I don't mind being patient, if it gets into the game someday then I'm happy. By post do you mean the modifications stanislas made?

    If I may ask why don't you (and I assume Lion.Kanzen) have the badge? Anyway, eyecandy mod? Is that already released (and if yes, where can I find it), strange how I've not heard of it. For the last part, I don't mind too much. Several alpha's is a lot though.

    Well done, looks like it'll make for a good wall in game. Out of curiosity, what does it look like next to the walls?

    Don't think that'd look too good IMO. I was more talking about the outpost kind of thing on top. It would obviously be the same shape as the base tower. But yeah, probably keep them square.

    To make the logs 'protrude' from the sides less. Maybe adding towers on top of them(might affect balance). Here is a pic from EB to help understand what I mean. At the bottom right-ish you'll see the tower.

    Sorry, forgot about that. Wasn't really sure if he was gonna do it, if his time is that limited than I don't have the right to complain. Seriously the fact that it seems to be happening is good enough for me. No need to apologise, I understand that your guys' time is limited, like I said before the fact that it's in your plans is amazing for me.

    Hasn't been any replies in a while so just gonna add one last thing. Ignore most of the other requests I made, it was dumb to demand a lot. Basically, all that should be added IMO is neater looking walls and some wooden shingle variations.

    Yes that's kind of what I mean. The main things that'd make it look better is if the sides were perfectly perpendicular to the ground instead of slightly tilted. Also if the planks on the walls were thinner and packed closer together. Besides that the tweak you made does look neater than the original in comparison. Oh and the gates, it'd look good if it had a taller gate house with a sort of log cabin thing like in my previous image. Sorry if this seems like a lot.

    Right, I remember another member of the artist team said that the problem with the old Murus Gallicus was that it could only face in one direction. I really like the current walls (I think they're based on the Kelheim style?). IMO it'd look nicer if it looked more 'neat' like this:

    IMO I'd prefer bigger houses to represent how the Gauls spread their culture to most of Europe (like an Imperial faction). For me the current market is too corner-like and not central enough. I find it hard to put it at the centre area of my settlement. I like that design picture from corent, it actually looks slightly similar to the Roman one in-game.

    Yes, but at the same time Ptolemies and Mauryans have +5 Houses. I agree with you, though. Despite a Gaullish commoner house often being similar in size to a Greek commoner house, I doubt it'd house +10 people. Indeed in honesty all I'd prefer is bigger models for Gauls in general. Simply because if you compare the buildings for all the civs, you'll see that the Gaulish buildings are easily smaller in general to that of other civs.

    Oh, so those were Franks in that Preview? Nice. It is strange, from what I've seen Dark Age architecture in terms of domestic buildings is quite similar to that of the Gauls.

    Added to that, if the buildings in game are historically accurate and aesthetically pleasing, it in a way gives that ancient civilisation a better reputation.
