  1. I Have an idea about this topic, put "african tribes" as for example with the gauls, we dont put arveni and other trbes, only gauls, we can denominate this tribes with a similar strategy

  4. Many Factions of 0AD, and possible new factions uses animals, and have ships, i think that the animals wouldd be garrisonable on Ships, examples: Cartage's Elephants Briton & Germanic War Dogs. And Rams and asedial towers would be packed and garrisonable! that means an advantage for all factions
