    In all honesty no, I wouldn't do that. I also think that if you're in such a situation you might reason differently, and I think in extreme situations almost every human being will choose for himself first.

    survival is what we do best... and it's not in our instincs (sp?) to put ourselves in danger. Klaas nailed that one. :balrog::) We might think something different given the situation, our state of mind and well all the others things that occur at that moment. But I think as well, that no, I wouldn't give my life for another in that situation such as you have described. But then there would be the guilt and I don't know how I could manage the rest of my life with that.
