That why I suggested/mentionned Sveltia CMS, which basically add a CMS backend based on Git to a static site. using Gitea Credentials/permissions, he provide a wysiwyg editor, and it handle all the commit/push side, allow using "review" (Aka Pull Request) ... it's neat

Sure, we could do that. Unless we would want to start over and make a new website, because that one is 14 years old. Either is fine 

It runs on WordPress[1]. @Stan` was saying that Git is not very accessible to non-developers, but I don't know if WordPress can be configured so that anyone can modify the texts.

So, we can use the old one, I just was confuzled about how it works, and thought I would start over
