Error al iniciar el programa

Hola es mi primera vez en el foro y en el juego. Por medio de algunos tutoriales y buscando llegue a este juego por recomendacion y lo descargue de la pagina oficial segun tengo entendido ( https://play0ad.com ). Bueno voy al grano. una vez descargado el juego lo instale y al iniciarlo me sale un error que dice lo siguiente  "El programa no puede iniciarse porque falta api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll en el equipo. Intente reinstalar el programa para corregir este programa". Agrego que ya re reinstalado el mismo pero el problema persiste. Si alguien puede ayudarme o darme alguna sugerencia estare agradecido.

You need to download the redistributables from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist

@Stan`, I think we should mention these in our system requirements on our 0ad download page that player needs to have certain software above certain version so they don't face this issue. Or share the link on the same page, so, they can download if they face any error. 

I think such cases are low % (maybe 1% user), but we can list them from our side.

I can say it but it usually means bad w7 install

Hmm, If no issue for windows 8 and above then I think should be fine.
