(well, one he self-deleted himself, the other was a nuke right - this is T3 knwoledge so it's a bit fuzzy- but I definently know he was squished at least one.) In Terminator, the original, is was smashed, but not before being frozen in liquid nitrogen. And in T-2 and T- he destroyed himself.
