Giving Resources to and Requesting Help From Allies

Hi.

I'll keep this short. When playing on the Two Seas map, my (AI) allies often request resources in the chat. I've searched everywhere on the internet to find out how I can help them, but found nothing, except a cryptic comment on the Fandom wiki saying to "tribute" them (which again, I could find nothing about). I'd also like to know how to request resources or help from allies, but I could find nothing on that topic either. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, 

at the top right side there is small icon with the ring (Diplomacy). 

After opening it, you can click at the resource and it will send 100 of it to the respective player in the row. If you hold shift while clicking, I believe it sends 500.
