SUD
What's this game about? a shooter?
CodeOptimist
Yes, it's a realistic shooter game based on real-life Army experiences.
SUD
Cool, I will download it. I hope it's worth the size
Quacker
Believe me, it is. Just don't get upset when you die and don't respawn, if you're dead, you're dead till the end of the round.Lt. Skitz with 28 honorLt.Ritz with 10 honor, my brother, just started playing last night.
CodeOptimist
Quacker's right... one reason AA is about the only FPS I play is because it is realistic. None of this "press fire to respawn NOW!" I know alot of people like the other types of shooters, but I love this one
SUD
Is it only multiplayer? Does it have bots to play against?
CodeOptimist
Multiplayer-only, unless you count the soldier training, which are missions (i.e. get through the obstacle course, hit the targets with rifle). You can't play against bots, at least not yet. Quacker
The game dev is trying to implement an outstanding AI so squads of humans can play coop on missions. The authentication servers are down for AA, so you can't play or upload stats or anything...that stinks, cuz I got a shaweet 93% on my first try for the exam. CodeOptimist
I'm having worse problems Quacker If I am able to log in, it says I haven't even completed Basic training!! I sure hope it's a bug and it will be fixed so I don't have to go through all the training again I was a Airborne Sniper Medic (passed all the training and exams)
Quacker
Go to your install folder, check out "old.user.190.ini" or something like that, copy/paste everything in that to your "user.ini", make sure your old Saves folder is re-copied to the new location. CodeOptimist
Are you sure User.ini is the file? Because that just is the keybinds, AFAIK I installed the patch, so I don't have an old copy of the Saves folder.
Quacker
ok, then the Saves folder should be fineUser.ini also has your username info. Check the bottom of the file.
