Help! I'm banned!

I've been banned because I was accused of having more than one account. How long will the ban last? Is it permanent? Thanks.

As far as I know there is some detection in place that does not allow signing into different accounts with the same IP. Not discussing the effectiveness of the method, the issue is not clarifying to the user the ban details. Probably due to the fact we don't require email when creating an account.

@badosu: There is not a mechanism in place that interferes with players connecting from the same IP. There are thousands of players who share an IP with another player.

Weird, many players told me they have to switch connection so their brother can play.
