PiUser Posted August 31, 2020 Share Posted August 31, 2020 Hi, I currently use the PPA for 0 A.D on Ubuntu 20.04 in order to play, but on the Pi 4 this causes a lot of slowdowns because of the game being largely single core, is it possible an additional build target could be made that includes the diff for multi thread support? I am aware the support is not yet complete, but, this would make the game playable on the Pi 4. This is the PPA I am using: https://launchpad.net/~wfg/+archive/ubuntu/0ad.dev I'd like to do this myself, but I have no idea how to do so. I don't know how much better the performance will be with D14 You can also ask the snap maintainer @oSoMoN to compile the dev version with that patch applied.
