fatherbushido
When selecting military only units with alt + select, it works fine on debian but it doesn't work on ubuntu (it moves the whole window). I guess the window manager win again 0ad. (alpha 22) Edited October 27, 2018 by fatherbushido solved : it was a local issue

Imarok
I guess GNOME is the issue. (I have the same problem using Ubuntu gnome. Using 0ad in full screen "fixes" the issue) @Grugnas Ubuntu Gnome or Ubuntu?
Grugnas
Ubuntu 17.04 uses gnome 3, while ubuntu 16.04 uses unity. By the way, the issues i commonly encountered while switching between distro ( still based on ubuntu but with different desktop environment ) is the alt + enter hotkey to switch into windowed mode. Nescio
It works fine on Fedora (and Fedora uses Gnome), therefore I guess it's something else in Ubuntu.
