Mr.IAmHere
See Title. I am crashing when alt-tabbing out of the game during a loading screen, then attempting to alt-tab back into the game. The following message occurs: "Much to our regret we must report the program has encountered an error. Please let us know at http://trac.wildfiregames.com/ and attach the crashlog.txt and crashlog.dmp files. Details: unhandled exception (Access violation reading 0x00000018) Location: unknown:0 (?) Call stack: (error while dumping stack: No stack frames found) errno = 0 (No error reported here) OS error = 0 (no error code was set)" The crashlog.txt and crashlog.dmp files are included below. Thank You crashlog.dmp crashlog.txt
historic_bruno
Is this reproducible, or did it only happen once? Do you remember which point of the loading screen it occurs on? Can you confirm which version of Windows you are using?
Mr.IAmHere
Yeah it happened to me multiple times. I am on Windows 10 and the map was acropolis. It happens if you tab out for me period during the load screen, no matter when. Thanks and the Game is very enjoyable thus far!
historic_bruno
I wonder if it's something specific to Windows 10? I've never seen anything like it on Windows 7. The most similar bug I know is pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del to access the login screen while the game is loading -- that happens in Windows 7. What happens when you Alt+Tab in Windows 10, is it different than Windows 7?
VladimirSlavik
I am on Windows 7 and can't alt-tab without crashing anywhere except main menu. There was one release which didn't crash on me when alt-tabbing, I don't remember which anymore. I have integrated Intel graphics, and run fullscreen. The game works mostly fine except for this...
