The game on XP problems starting the game

I have problems to start the game on XP, 965 express family graphics card, I don't know why because the ram and graphics are appropriate for this game. I need help because I like this game. But there is something I don't like I always lost when I am fighting against IA. here is an image OAD PROBLEMS.bmp

This is most likely the same driver issue as discussed here:

"Try clicking fps overlay" as juanhm proposed in his post.

You can lower AI Difficulty in Configure AI dialog.

I just recently found out that my laptop actually has 2 graphics cards. If you have an NVidia card, there is an option somewhere that lets you pick wich graphics card to use. I get the problem with the menus only with the built-in Intel graphics.
