How to unlock legionare in singleplayer

Hi every one I am fan of 0.A.D but i have a question how to unlock legionare in faction roman of random map it only have a legionare in skirmish map how to unlock in random map of faction roman

I don't think it's currently avaliable, but the technology should be called "Marian Reforms", and it will turn all your infantry units (except veles?) Into Legionaires.

I did say I don't think it's currently in the game, too.
But if it is, it will be in the Fortress, not Factory.
