For apply is needed show some example and then start to work in missing or wip task, I know I'm not team member but im volunteer and contributor I'm very experienced in forum and I can help you.

About sound task the last time the team was interested in "phase research sound" ( when you reach a new phase) for each Civilization/ Faction.

Have all the languages with translations been voice acted already?

Also, I'd suggest you give up on Iberian, the language's syntax has not been cracked yet, and probably won't be for a long, long time.
