Stan`
I'm creating this topic to discuss parallax creation, and fixing for all the civs, like the persians won't don't use it at all.So here is my workflow :1. Open the texture in gimp22. Desaturate.3. Duplicate the layer4. Apply a 1px gaussian blur on the top layer5. Apply a 3px gaussian blur on the bottom layer6. Set the top layer to substraction You should get something like this :7. Go to luminosity contrast and bring the luminosity down till you get something like this.8. Merge the layers9. Invert the colors10. Apply a normal map with those settings :11. Apply Blur12. Set opacity to 90.13. Done.I don't have any wrong glitch with that which is good. But I think there is a better way.Example of "glitch"Final on the model :
Radagast.
If you are on Windows anyway, then CrazyBump is the easiest way.Followed by InsaneBump on any operating system. Finally I didn't know your method and it helps me a lot because I neither have a working CrazyBump nor an InsaneBump. Thanks Stan!

Thanks Stan!Enrique said it was not the good way to do it. The best way is to make a render in blender.Crazy bump doesn't work on windows 8.1.1.I think I downloaded Insane Bump
