idanwin
I don't know what exactly is causing this error message:error: art/meshes/structural/classical_towncenter.dae: Assertion not satisfied (line 569): failed requirement "mesh has single set of polygons"Some of my models have this problem, but others don't. Could someone explain this to me?(Blender v2.65a, 0ad 20dec build)
Mythos_Ruler
You should only export one object at a time into its own Collada file. In 3DSMax this is called "Export Selected..." while you have only one object selected. Exporting multiple objects (or meshes) together produces that error. Pureon
Just wanted to add that Blender also has an 'Export Selected' option in the Collada export settings. Make sure you only have 1 object selected - no cameras, lights, other objects, etc.
Enrique
I want to add even further, this error may also appear if you have non-connected vertices or edges. To discard this possibility, enter face selection mode, select all with "A" and hide all the selected faces with "H".Then change the selection mode to vertex, and hit "A" to see if there's any "lost" vertex or edges and delete them. Gen.Kenobi
I think we should start documenting all errors and their solutions about the export/import .daes on the wiki.I've started to list a few, but if you could help us out, that would be awesome.http://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/ExportingErrors
