ubuntu gnome classic error

hi all,

i play 0ad in ubuntu

first when i started to play 0ad in Ubuntu Gnome classic - the game crashed and my pc restarted many times

to fix it i was told to install appropriate graphics driver for my intel processor graphics

i did it and the game crashed few times

then i played 0ad in ubuntu gnome and the game never crashed or overheated my processor

i tried this many times and game never crashed in gnome

System:

Intel core2duo processor

2GB RAM

ubuntu (wubi)
