How to make units take over buildings instead of destroying them

I am wondering how to set my units to conquer enemy buildings, sometimes they do but other times they just destroy them,

 this is handy for capturing buildings that a cant build on my own like the noba village (I think that what its called) built only by the Kushites.

In a26 capturing was the default, it was (unfortunately) changed in a27 RC1; press [C] while ordering to attack and they will capture. (Like all hotkeys you can look it up & change it in the hotkeys section of the menu.)
