With 64 i get like: 6-8 kbs, and with 128: 13-18kbs, but is that a answer to your question?? What does rate mean??!--.-.

I use Windows Media Player for MP3s, vidoes, cds and more. After installing a new Codec, my WinMediaPlayer can play them all!

I would bought a brand new computer (have two computers allready) but one more, doesnt harm. I would save some of them, but bought a car, or a house or something. AND started a NetCafe!

I think its great, but as i said before: Empires: Dawn of the Modern World (EE2) is better!--
