Yes.... I know.....

You can give her a choice too!
Tradition or linearity
I personally voted for numerical sequence (Ep I to VI) but that is as one who has watched these films for years. She will perhaps have a different take on things.

Another addition to the live action Halo shorts:

Quite poignant and well done. Reminds me of how my grandfather used to talk about WWII. Well written to be sure.
Here's hoping we get our Halo live action movie!

Aha! The much fabled second part Turned out darn good
-
Plan on saving up for a 360 to take advantage of the Boxing Day sales Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, and Gears of War are the first purchases.
-
Aha! Welcome back Josh Its been a while! How are things going these days?

Dialouge from an episode of Farscape while doing Advanced Accounting homework.
Good to see you around Abby

Ah c'mon, you can tell us
Those are some cool 97s I don't have tatoos, but I'd probably go for a tribal if I did get one.

I saw the supposed Halo 3 ending on Youtube this afternoon and I was wondering how many others had. Frankly it doesn't change my eagerness to play the game, nor does it show anything that isn't apparant from the other promotional videos that have been released. It is however quite well done in my opinion.
If you want to post here, please consider those who do not wish to have the end sprung on them by abstaining from details.

The Season 2 champion now has the fruits of all those games. Deciding hand proved to be a pair of Aces (mine) to a 7/2 unsuited in the playoff round. It now sits proudly on the shelf in my room, while Season 3 rages at present. Feeling good on my success, I'm now in a three way tie for third with good prospects in the games to come.
Done strutting

Welcome Matt! Good to see another Canadian on the site What is your main area of history? Does your sig picture give an indication?
-
I've seen this video before. Its a nasty reality in a far off part of the world away from the public eye.
Another example of it:

Haha quite well done! Interesting points that I have considered at times.
I love that part at the end: "Are we Rome?" *Mouths the answer*
-
Hey! Good to see you back on the boards John

Welcome to forums! Where did you hear about the game?
Got any hobbies or major pass times?
-
I like it a lot Great work!
Something to put in the downloads section of the website perhaps?

Myself, I always saw Herodotos as a bias historian.
I thought so too for quite a while, but there have been some interesting finds in the Middle East, particularly with regard to Persian military depictions, that back up Herodotus' descriptions in his writings. Not enough to sway me completely from the biased Herodotus position, but I'm learning a new respect for him. Future finds will shed more light on his ability as a historian.

Welcome dude Thanks for your kind words. Yeah, the Spartans have gotten us a lot of new forum members
-
Well done Joshua!
-
Anyone see it?
-
LOL Glad you liked it Ali It really went off the deep end when the guy described protecting the......posterior virtue of "many young boys", allowing them "to live normal, heterosexual lives"
How about the part about the TOW missile incident?
-
It has to be a prank, but it sure is funny. All about mall security guards armed with high-power rifles, anti-tank rockets, and armored golf carts to be better protect an uncaring public threatened with certain molestation at the hands of Chechyn rebels and Neo-Nazis

Albion..... *drool*
One day I will procure an Albion, but at present my funds are somewhat limited How do you like yours?
No more Roman equipment at present, but I have my eye on obtaining a pugio in the next few months.

So never fear, naked Celtic maniacs will have numerous chances to die on the swords of disciplined, well organized. and superbly trained Roman legionaries in 0 A.D.
What are you listening to right now?
