    I'm wondering, who would be interested in a dedicated website for modding 0ad

    Features include

    • a subdomain mymod.0admods.com
    • a dedicated forum for your mod
    • Hosting for your mod

    Anything else that would be of interest,

    and would YOU use the website if i create it?

    By the way, i'm not trying to detract from this fourm, but a Dedicated mod website for 0ad with hosting is what i'm aiming at. :)

    Northern Sunset

    I'm proud to announce the Northern Sunset mod for 0ad.

    With this mod I plan to:

    Make a set of relevant maps.

    • Beginning with Arabian Nights (WIP)
    • River Nile (DELAYED)
    • River Mouth (new name needed (WIP))
    • More to be announced.

    Probably Make a Campaign

    Possibly a random map script.

    Have new (or at least re-textured) units

    Q. Why northern sunset?

    A. Well, it sounds good if you don't think about it too much.

    Q. The sun sets on the WEST idiot.

    A. Well, it sounds good.

    Q. what sorts of civilisations do you plan to add to the game?

    A. Egypt at the moment.

    Q. Do you want my help?

    A. Yes! Just post your skills, and if you're willing we'll have you here in no time :)

    Q. What timeframe in Egypt will this mod have?

    A. This is TBD. But its likely to be 500bc - 500ad like the game :)

    Q. What sorts of maps can i expect?

    A. Lots of really High Quality maps.

    Arabian Nights,

    The wet season has all but past

    A beautiful map with a running river on the side,

    the river is one of the ways to get the opponent in a position they can not defend.

    Because it is so close to their base, but this disadvantage is persistent for both teams.. They need a strong Navy and Military to win this epic battle.

    We're keeping details under wraps... :)

    Q. This is an FAQ, while nobody asked anything, how are you getting the questions.

    A. We usegoogles new Australian technology G'day with MATE to generate questions that will be asked in 24 hours.

    Hey, I've been thinking Egyptian for a while now. and Have a screen shot :)

    I've only been working on this for 1 hour, so its a work in progress, but its rolling sand dunes after the wet season. :)
