I know, that these are not official (yet), but I just think that the signs (? not sure whether thats correct in english), which the "Mada Sparabara" or Median Spearmen in the first picture are wearing, seem a little bit flat to me (flat as in flat-screen). Will this be overworked or is this ok this way?

Why do you not do it like in AoE 2 -The Age of Kings and the Conqueros Expansion? If a building is nearly destroyed, all the units, military units as well as normal settlers, are leaving the building automatically and one cannot place them in the building again, until it is repaired a little bit and has a minimum number of health points.

I've got a package called glibc in the core repository of Arch Linux. Maybe you don't have that one?
edit: I've also a 64bit-machine but in Arch Linux I also have the 32bit-version of the library installed due compatibilty-reasons.

The video you posted is not available in Germany.
Anyway, the question whether this style of ship should be considered a merchant vessel still stands. It seems really more of a bireme to me.
Oh, and I really love the new Carthaginian docks. The "Super Dock" is going to be the Special Building for Carthage? (they lack one currently in the DD) Or "just" a editor building? If the first, what are it's advantages over a common dock?
I wish they'd only block the video's audio, and not the entire thing.I think I'll let Mythos answer that question. I've currently made the super dock buildable in-game by citizen soldiers, however our new dock building restrictions prevent it from being built, but we're working on that. I've said too much

Null A.D. sounds wrong to me, but there we go with different opinions.
Personally, I don't think the game title should be translated, as most games (at least in German) are not, either.
I second this as another lonely German here, because Null A.D. sucks indeed in our language!

Well, I'm using Arch Linux and I'm not sure, but I think you can delete software on Ubuntu with the so-called "(Ubuntu) Software Center". Just type 0ad or so and klick on the Delete, or Uninstall or whatever-Button.

I've got a strange bug with the shadows. They do exist, but not next to the objects where they should be. Just look on the screenshot I made:
I compiled/built the game by myself with the manual from the trac on an Arch GNU/Linux 64bit with an AMD Radeon HD5670 and I'm not using the proprietary, but the opensource driver ati-dri(Mesa DRI + Gallium3D)! If you need more information, please ask. It would be great, if someone could help me!

I just read an announcement about the Google Summer of Code. If I understand it correct, one of the projects is to implement or improve the COLLADA-animation-support of Blender. I don't understand it but you can read about it here:

Unfortunately that's all.
Same for me. I created an update-script, the same that you have shown in the Unix-Build-Instructions on the wiki(http://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/BuildInstructions#Unix). It worked really fine for several weeks, but now it doesn't work any more. I've saved the output of my shell and uploaded it.
Unfortunately I'm using the german translation packages on my Ubuntu and there is one mistake that's explaned in the german language while building atlas, nearly at the end, after "UserReport.cpp". It says "Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden", that means: File or directory not found/doesn't exist. Two and three lines later it says "Fehler", which means "error" and then it says "Warte auf noch nicht beendete Prozesse...", which means "Waiting for still running processes/tasks".
I hope I could help in any way.

Linking simulation2lol...first I thought it would be my own mistake(that's why I didn't ask about it in the forum) but I've got the same problem on both Ubuntu and Arch GNU/Linux!

It works really fine for me on ubuntu 10.10 ... in case that it's normal that all units from the enemy are killed after maybe 5 seconds...

However, I'm from the south of Rhineland-Palatinate, near to Karlsruhe, but ,as already mentioned, my village is placed on the opposite side of the Rhine, ten kilometres away from the french border.

Well, Germany has three main branches of school and about a dozen sub-types each.
Das ist korrekt, ich habe ganz vergessen, dass es bei unserem föderalistischen System in jedem Teil des Staates unterschiedliche Fächer gibt, weil die Schulsysteme unterschiedlich sind von Land zu Land.

In Germany, too!
Additionally you can learn latin or spanish in school.

Sorry if it doesn't sound very nice, but I'm a little bit confused and would like to know who you actually are, runner007? And are you able to explain me, why you have advertising-links for shoe-shops in your signature? And are you human or a bot?
edit: Even if it sounds very unfriendly, I'm sorry. This really isn't an offense. I'm just a little bit confused.
edit2: Even more I realized that the links aren't the signature. Explanation: Normally there's a little grey line between the posting and the signature, which has itself small grey letters. In your posts, there's missing the grey line. Additionally, your links have the normal size and they are black. That means that in every message, that you submit, you make several space lines and post the links as message? wtf? Now I'm actually totally confused. Can someone explane that to me?
