My game is called "Blood and Iron: Empires at the Forge" So far I am doing quite well witd what I got. I finished a basic layout of the game, created a site and forums, and started to try my hands at making units. I am working alone but I know that I can never finish it alone. I need people to help me, and I was wondering where is the best place to recruit people? Any help would be great. I'm not sure if you are fully aware of the time/dedication that is needed for such a project. It might be better for you (especially as a first time game developing enthusiast) to join a project already in progress, just so you can get some experiance.
