I am also working on an RTS game. My game is called "Blood and Iron: Empires at the Forge" So far I am doing quite well witd what I got. I finished a basic layout of the game, created a site and forums, and started to try my hands at making units. I am working alone but I know that I can never finish it alone. I need people to help me, and I was wondering where is the best place to recruit people? Any help would be great.

Just out of curiosity... what is your motivation for creating this game? I'm not sure if you are fully aware of the time/dedication that is needed for such a project. It might be better for you (especially as a first time game developing enthusiast) to join a project already in progress, just so you can get some experiance. There are many projects over at gamedev.net that have people looking for enthusiastic people
