authetification failure

hello everyone,

i m new to this game and really like it 

but when i want to connect the multiplayer lobby it shows an error saying 'authentification failure" and either my password isn't correct or my account doesn't exist. 

although i'm sure that both are correct.

my username is : hannibal2312

can anyone help me ?

Hello,
please make sure capitalisation of your username is the correct one.
Try using your username in lowercased form.

For any case, @user1 can you please check ?
