Civilization description

In the Match Setup menu, when hovering over the civilization in the drop down menu, the description at the bottom of the screen is clipped, showing only 2 lines of the complete description.

Yeah, it's why I truncated the descriptions for my mod. Short and sweet. 

Honestly, some more thought needs to be put into those kinds of things specifically. I think there should be the 'HistoricalDescription' and the 'GameplayDescription'. In DE, I treat the 'Description' as a quick gameplay blurb for the civ. It's much more useful in context.
