badosu Posted August 8, 2020 Share Posted August 8, 2020 This is probably because there are units inside the foundation, the building cannot build when that's the case, it happens when: - You assign too many workers to place the building and they can't leave the foundation without blocking each other - You have a siege inside the foundation - You have attacking units inside the foundation Solution is to move any units inside foundation out of it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
