Is there any 'bank like' feature or am I seeing crazy lines?

So I decided to watch some really high rank player creating his/her  stuff  in this utterly competitive game. After like 60 secs this player eventually started creating dozens of houses and I thought ; well, maybe this is some kind of keyboard shortcut in which one can turn the lack of resources in the game (wood) into debt. HOW GREAT THAT WOULD BE, in fact I was about to create an account on this forum just to suggest that. Sorry for raising my voice in here its my first post so you  guys will  have to forgive me. I just want to know if that is reasonably possible . Heres the shot:

 

Freakin dude! this guys is amazing , how does he do that ?  Im very noob btw.
