Both Upnp enabled and port forwarded but still can't Host a game in lobby.

So this is a screenshot of my atempt to port forward the port with udp etc.I checked my Upnp is enabled,spent my day googling about that

i rebooted my router shut down firewall and still no one seems to be able to join my game.

Should i feel like the black sheep?

Stupid question, does the computer ip you want match the one you set in the router ? In other terms, when you type IPconfig in the commandline of your computer does it return 192.168.1.6 ?

Yes it does....but it's not a static ip everytime it changes I update the settings.
