nothing provides Libicui18n.so.53.1()(64bit) needed by Oad-0.0.19-1.1.x86_64

I am trying to Install Oad on openSUSE Leap 42.1 Using the Yast single click installer and I get this message.

"nothing provides Libicui18n.so.53.1()(64bit) needed by Oad-0.0.19-1.1.x86_64"

Conflict Resolution

1. do not install Oad-0.0.19-1.1.x86_64

2. break Oad-0.0.19-1.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of it's dependancies

Neither option sounds good and I have tried both with no success in running the game. Is there a way to obtain the missing library?

The best way to get help is probably to contact the provider of that installer, but hopefully there is someone in these forums who can help out as well. Now I don't use OpenSUSE so I don't know for sure, but I assume there is some kind of software manager? If so you could try searching for "icu" or "libicu" and see if you find the relevant package that way to install it.
