Centurion
By that, I mean, will you have isometric view? I post often back at the Age of Kings Heaven general and strategy forum, and this was brought up in a discussion involving 3d vs 2d. There were 2 pics, basically WOW the difference it would make to me as a player was huge. Blew my mind.See: http://anno.de.ubi.c...lis_05_full.jpgvshttp://www.wildfireg...celt-broch1.jpgThe 2nd is very pretty and almost first person ish, and if that's a secondary view, cool. But I gotta say, the first view would offer me a much better playing experience in general controlling my empire and armies. Difference in perspective blows my mind. I hope you have an option for playing in the first style, not just the second. Edited September 24, 2012 by Centurion
fcxSanya
Check this topic: Isometric Camera Code, there is some settings and a screenshot in the 6th post. You can adjust settings yourself if you want something different. See how to change settings here.
Mythos_Ruler
A few things. The Anno screenshot has a ton of post-processing that isn't in the 0 A.D. shot. That's #1. And #2, the Anno screenshot is not actually isometric, it's just zoomed out really far. Though, I am sure the field of view in Anno is a little tighter than 0 A.D.'s 45 degrees.
