First, the so called "Dosidataskeli" a.k.a Vasci Armored Shock Infantry have little or no evidence to prove its existence then the next unit "Thorakitai Argyraspides" did exist but they do not armed like iron statue.

Cataphracts of that time could afford bronze armor but iron armor was rare because Central Asia and Iran lacks iron, iron mill and armorer to mass produce high quality iron lamellar armor, while mail armor was introduce to the Parthian after Europa Barbarorum period that consist 272 BC to 15 AD. The Parthian Late Armored Elite Cataphracts or Grivpanvar was a creation based on the Roman graffito at Dura Europos which is several century later after Europa Barbarorum. While Hetairoi Kataphraktoi was a creation based on an recent archaeological discoveries from Afghanistan but no one could really confirm such armor did exist. It is quite strange to see Celts to use curved sword because most Celtic warrior use straight long sword and short sword but some historians support their existence and they have record about their battle against the Romans and their subjugation in 91 BC by the Romans.
