A28 won't open/launch

Hello all, I downloaded and installed 28 with no issues, and when I go to run/open the game I get an error that says " the code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.D11 WAS not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem." I tried to reinstall to no avail and tried to run as administrator. I'm dying to play as the germans! Help! Thanks, Nick

Thx for the report. Did you download the 32 bit or the 64 bit version ?

You should be able to get away with installing the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

64bit, so download this and it should work?

now after i do what you said you to do, this is what it says. im gonna lose my mind......
