redshawks523 Posted 16 hours ago Report Share Posted 16 hours ago Hello all, I downloaded and installed 28 with no issues, and when I go to run/open the game I get an error that says " the code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.D11 WAS not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem." I tried to reinstall to no avail and tried to run as administrator. I'm dying to play as the germans! Help!
