Elephant Nerf - Makes Elephants more fair!

This mod nerfs Elephants significantly less useful. I made this mod because I play with a friend and they ALWAYS use war elephants to make their ENTIRE army. This makes them far less viable to use for an entire army.

Train javelin throwers, archers. Elephants are very slow, so you can micro and focus fire them.

They are also very expensive and available only in the City phase.

Elephants are rarely seen in top matches. They were OP in Alpha 24, but now they are much weaker against buildings - so if you want to take down buildings, build siege weapons instead. There is no big point in training elephants (other than worker elephants).

They look cool.

But yeah, they are almost useless in MP. Maybe train one or two for the fear factor.
