Aigis
Im new here. Already said hi in the wildfire game forums. But i just thought i would really say hi and tell ya why im here!!! XDIm here because i happened to stumble across a picture from a future game called 0AD. I looked a little bit more into it and i loved what i saw. An avid RTS fan and an EXTREME lover of history i loved this game from teh start! I have shared it with a couple of friends and they all agree, THIS GAME LOOKS AWESOME, both in GFX and gameplay etc. The fact that people that are not being paid, and do not have anythign to gain except the satisfaction of knowing that they made something that people love, would make a game this great and do it freely, i truly honor you. I would be more than willing to help you guys in any way i could. Testing, advertising, ideas, ANYTHING! I just love the look and feel of this game already! That all i got to say about that. I think.........I just just hope i can get my video card replaced before its released! Although it should be soon that i get it replaced. Right now it barely works. xD Anyway i just wanted to say, thanks to all you people working and supporting this game!!!~AigisVENI VIDI VICI EDIT/PS - I love the forum look too! xD Edited September 10, 2007 by Aigis
Mythos_Ruler
Hey Aigis. Great to have you aboard, man! Thanks for your kind words about the project. We hope we can live up to everyone's expectations! Part of me wishes we'd release ugly screenshots so we wouldn't look so good. Hehe. feneur
Thanks for your nice words I do have to disagree with one of the things you said though, while it's true that we're not paid I wouldn't say that there is nothing to gain from being a part of the team. Though I've just been a part of the team for a few months I've already learned a lot, and in some ways most likely grown as a person. So, while it's partly true that we don't have much more than the satisfaction of creating a wonderful game and being a part of such a great team there is a lot to gain on a more personal level.
