AntiArChaon
Thats a big research you got there. I think this is a great ideia of putting Venice in a game, normally this great city is forgoten. A question is suebi a portuguese word?

Belisarivs
What is difference between Stradiot and Light Cavalry. I thought, that Stradioti were Light Cavalry, weren't they?
Mythos_Ruler
A note on Venice: It's too bad Venice hasn't been featured in an RTS yet. Venice was the first city after the fall of Rome to take up Rome's mantle. She was the first city to recruit a home-grown professional army and had a very powerful navy. It's almost as if the Athenian Empire or Carthage was reborn in Venice. Their overseas possessions were scattered around the Mediterranean. Very interesting faction. They could have the ability to construct buildings in shallows.
Belisarivs
Cossacks included Venice. And they had unique ship Galeass.
