The most likely explanation for why you can't upload a 47.5 MB attachment is that your account is new. See the red hand symbol next to your avatar. When that wears off then restrictions are removed, and you should be able to upload larger attachments. In the meantime you can upload to cloud storage and post the link in the forum.
