Hi. This is still a problem. RAM is not the cause. It's Rust update. We should be able to fix it by applying another patch, that just updates the rust target detecting function to: https://github.com/mozilla-firefox/firefox/blob/06fa2674be3db4f3b623bad938282310509cc54b/build/moz.configure/rust.configure#L331-L491 I can open a PR in the near future.
