YES! THE FORCE IS WITH ME!
I've finally seen it!
What an incredible movie!
The only bad part IMO was the dialogue, especially the love dialogue. But everything else is great...
-the loose ends are tied up brilliantly
-the action is tight and as good as it gets
-the betrayal, the pride... all the emotion is there
-
Ah Michael I'm totally a visual learner, and I've managed to keep the same scores, more or less, since I first started these sort of tests.
-
I will be enjoying the movie in approximately 21 hours! I have my tickets and friends and we're all set to go
Star Wars has a culture surrounding it like no other movie. For many people I know, including myself, there is a mystique around it of some age-old religious holiday that is uniquely different every 3 years it rolls around. The parents all look fondly back to their childhood memories of the holiday, and the kids all look forward to the next celebration of it, in eager anticipation.
The orthodox even dress in costume!
I was considering wearing my Boba Fett replica helmet, but... am I a nerd? Man, Erik, get real. Just a stupid movie

Yes, a few weeks back we had our school sponsored ACT day and "Prarie State" (-Illinois, btw) achievement tests. I scored well on the school-sponsored ACT, and as for the Prarie State tests (which are somehow integrated into NCLB, I don't know if we will ever see grades for those.
So yes, I have also shared the pleasure

I'm seeing it! I'm seeing it!
Although it would be fun to see it midnight, I have some other reasons to get some sleep Wednesday night. Thursday after school I'm gonna try to get in.

Haha backtracking. Yeah supposedly if you play stairwar to heaven backwards, you will hear like a satanic paragraph. However, if you're going to listen to it, I advice you don't look up lyrics before listening, because it would be interesting to see if you can pick it out. You see, as makes sense, one's perception a lot more accute when the person expects the stimulus. In this case, I'm interested to see how many people can "hear the messages" without knowing what they say ahead of time and still pick it out. Obviously, one person has done it before, but as for the rest... probably you could count them on one hand and still have fingers left over .

I wouldn't pay a dime for those, Red... but maybe a nickel. Need five cents?
I've seen some really pictures made with that site, maybe I'll post some links. I know a few really good portraits of Link from the Legend of Zelda series.

Well the science part, believe it or not, is made so that you don't have to take high school science in order to understand it. But having a little knowledge of the things they talk about to feel comfortable around the topics is always nice. Plus the pace for the ACT is extremely rushed (for reading and science).
I took an ACT in 8th grade, but I can't remember how I did. Anyhow, I'm sure you'll be doing great by the time you're a junior and you need to take it for college, which is when it really counts.
-
Hey you shouldn't be dissapointed, a 27 at your age compares with some of my junior in high school friends! I've got you topped by 8 points, but then again I have a few more years under my belt.

Haha, cute watermelon Dnas!

"They probably rolled facing away from eachother."
LOL good one!

Sweet Spielberg is a GREAT director who I have a lot of respect for. I don't think this will be bad at all!

Cool mountain scene... but beware, it's HUGE!
You should probably close other applications, and don't bother the watch-the-pen-draw-it option because it'll take a good 10 minutes to finish even on full speed. But it'll freeze for a while if you skip to the end. Anyhow, it's worth it!

Recently I discovered a sweet new way to draw, and easily share pictures. Check out some of the things I've done!
In honor of a movie to come out on the 19th....

And in honor of a game that will come out hopefully before I die (jk guys, I know we're working!)

Well now that my US history course is officially over, I'm gonna have to cast my vote for Washington or Teddy Roosevelt, with FDR and Reagan after them.
-
Cool so everyone that graduates from your high school gets a little display about themselves or something? Do take a picture!

Sweet man. I'm going to have to close my Mozart play list, drag my eyes off physics (ha, since I'm at WFG, chances are they aren't too glued to my homework) and play that song!
The love of music is spreading!

LOL, it's now considered a good thing to have gore and language

No.
Uppy.

I'm currently in the same sort of situation as you-- looking for scholarships, but I'm 16 and attend a currently attending a public school). Next year will be the year for scholarships and applications, but as of right now, I do know that taking the PSAT test, which is typically taken by high school sophomores (I think-- it could be juniors), and doing well of course, can qualify you for a ton of national merit scholarships given out by businesses, some for students of a certain nationality, others on an academic basis, some if one of your parents works for the company, etc.

Well, I didn't want to get involved in this thread, but I will say this.
The real Christian view that people hold is that life is life, and no matter if it's retarded, unborn, aging, sick, on death row, in prison, or in any other state, it still has value because it's another human life. There is an inherent value to it, and when one like Terry is in such an inhuman state for so long, it's hard to see it for most people.

I meant Jordan as in teh Jordan on the TLA team. I thought I mentioned you in my original post.

Yup, the two letters are c and o.
Adam, Shane and co.
Or perhaps I should've said Jordan, Adam, Shane and co.

Hey nice of you to drop by again (again again).
What's this, the third of fourth return you've made?
Anyhow, how's everything going?

Michael... funny, again I'm the opposite.
I did great on the math section, but about 80% of the points I missed on the entire SAT were from just one section- reading!
Worth a retake for my critical reading grade alone.
