I am also having this issue: 0AD 27 Ubuntu 24.04 snap and/or official ppa version I am having the impression that, when started with the Gnome application search (hitting the windows key, typing 0ad, starting the app), the game sees a screen slightly smaller when it starts, which would explain why the mouse is shifted. Sometimes I am able to fix the issue by starting it several times, but also sometimes not.

Thanks for the quick reply (and sorry for the sloppy one on my side). Liberapay: you link your Paypal account to it and you can start receiving money. As far as I can tell, there is already a Paypal account, it is "just" the matter of creating the account on Liberapay. Hope this materializes!

Note that 0.ad Ubuntu PPA has been updated recently: https://launchpad.net/~wfg/+archive/ubuntu/0ad and https://gitea.wildfiregames.com/0ad/0ad/issues/7756 @Loic WIf you use a Linux VM running Ubuntu, then you should be able to play the latest release.

Dear 0.ad community, I would like to donate to this wonderful game. Recently and through other open source projects, I've learned about Liberapay https://liberapay.com/ This allows the batching of small payments so that fees are amortized.
