Well my thesis is going to revolve around the evolution of the virus. 4 major parts 1. The enzyme reverse transcriptase came into existence when the gene coding for telomerase underwent a perverse mutation 2. The capsids came into play when it accidentally under went exocytosis 3. The DNA of the virus became elongated, some how, and the mRNA accidentally fused into the telomerase enzyme 4. The virus lacks either a DNA repair enzyme to allow it to adapt or mutate rapidly. Or lacks genes such as p53 or other that demote the effects of cancer -adam if you ever happen to read this post, guess who. sry for horrible grammar or something
