he traces your ip. you tried to log in from the same ip so he assumes it's you. doesn't matter to him if it's your innocent neighbour or brother. he would rather wrongly punish 100 other people than to let you pass. idk if regularly tracing players' ip is appropriate method of moderators. but that is what's happening so deal with it. they are too busy to care. he doesn't need explanation nor evidence to block you. he just does if he suspects you of breaking those hidden rules. nobody can stop him. he's too op!
