Just wanted you guys to know I have submitted a patch for this bug. Turns out it was an error with the timezone not being set, before doing the calculations. Tiger may have had their timezone set to where there was no hour given an 3600000 milliseconds. We can see this, because it would show eight hours for a New York timezone, and two hours when the timezone was set to Paris.
