  1. Hi, I was wondering if anyone could answer this question I have: Is there a way to modify the game to make slain units remain above ground for the duration of a match, as opposed to slowly sinking into the ground after they die? Specifically, I was wondering if there was a file (or files) to modify in the public 0AD game folder in order to perform the above. Thanks!
  2. I believe that destroying an enemy unit or structure gives a player a fraction (maybe 1/10th(?)) of what it cost the opponent in specific resources to train or build it. Practically speaking, the food gain from killing a unit could represent the food-buying power of money or precious metals on the unit's corpse, or perhaps the guy's armour and weapons that are sold or bartered for food.
  3. YES! I'm one of those people (I've bolded the words in the quote above)! And I definitely think the game should look good!
  4. The Maccabees managed to set up a state that resisted foreign domination for a century, no small feat! They could at least be a mini-faction. It would be nice if the Thebans were a playable faction as well, though. They've already been in the 0 AD main menu's history section for a long time.
  5. In past Alphas though, didn't it take at least half a dozen kill counts in order for a citizen soldier to level up?
  6. In my opinion, that's one of the purposes of this game: to give players a more detailed, well-rounded view of historical civilizations and leaders.
