Dnas
Most people probably already know this, but just in case...I thought this was pretty cool. Google can do math.1 plus 1 (You can use + as well, but the Google tag doens't support it)four plus nine6 miles in inchese^(i*pi)+1the square root of four times the cube root of fifty sevensine of 56 degrees times four feet in mileshalf a cup in teaspoonshalf a pascal in millimeters of mercuryAnd it knows lots of constants.the speed of light times the gravitational constant divided by avogadro's number times the answer to life, the universe, and everything divided by (the mass of a proton times the mass of an electron)Can't do calculus though. the derivative of x squaredSo... what do you think. It is a pretty useless feature because if you need this stuff you probably have a calculator next to you anyway, but it's fun.I wonder what else it can do. Ykkrosh
I've found it rather useful for doing physics questions, since I can never remember any constants or unit-conversions (and I'm usually too lazy to look them up) - mass of proton in ev, sqrt(2 * G * mass of earth / radius of earth), etc. But for any other type of calculation, I tend to either use a calculator (since it lets you know when you've made a syntax error, unlike Google) or write a Perl program
