Keaton the Wise
Hi,Just something I noticed when playing the game is that some of the tracks are longer than what is provided in the zip file or online player. I was just wondering why is that? Also, is the music opensource as well, or is there any copyright on it? feneur
The music tracks are being repeated, that should explain that they feel longer in-game As for the copyright, here's the text from the LICENSE.txt in the audio folder:The files in this directory are Copyright © 2009 Wildfire Games. These files are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0(CC-by-sa) license, available at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ Briefly, this means: * You may use, modify and distribute these files, for commercial and non-commercial purposes. * If you distribute one of these files, you must include attribution (e.g. in the credits screen of a game or a video, or in a text file accompanying the files). The attribution must include: * A link to http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ * The name "Wildfire Games" as the original author * A link to http://www.wildfiregames.com/ * If you distribute one of these files, you must release it (and any modifications you have made to it) under the CC-by-sa license.Hopefully that explains it

feneur
There should be absolutely no difference between the tracks in binaries\data\mods\public\audio\music and the ones in-game as they are the same. The ones on Bandcamp/the online player on the web site might not always be 100% up-to-date compared to the in-game ones though. Also, iirc the ones there are MP3s (though I could be wrong about that), so it might be possible that that makes them sound slightly different.
