[FIXED] Game Doesn't Start

Hi folks,

game crashes on start.I installed game 3 times (include default direction on set up) and dowloaded 2 times exe file, evertime i got same error . I searched but couldn't find any report like mine. I read bug report it looks about a wrong path or unknown direction but i couldn't figure out. Any idea?

i run the game after restarting computer, gave this crash report.

It's a null pointer. That's very hard to debug, as the game crashes immediately, without leaving any logs from it.

The only way to see where it comes from is by running the code in Visual Studio.

Maybe you can first try to update your graphics drivers? Not sure if that will help.

graphic card is up to date. i will try microsoft debugview

guys problem is solved with a weird way . i follow this steps ;

1. Install 0 A.D.
2. Start 0 A.D.
3. Close 0 A.D.
4. Start 0 A.D.
5. Receive error message
6. Close error message
7. Restart
8. Start 0 A.D.

Thanks for the crash log! At least that crash looks the same as #2333, which has been around for some time, but always hard to reproduce. I think the cause has been found, I will test and commit for A17 if so

Should be fixed by r15269.
